La Guinguette du Fort is a temporary bar located within the Citadelle.
It is situated on the terrace of the Moulin; an opportunity for visitors to dine with a breathtaking view of the Vieux-Port and in a setting rich in history.
The guinguette will offer a menu based on local and seasonal products: panisse, homemade tarama, selection of charcuteries, fish and chips, grilled cheese...
Pour la saison 2025, la Citadelle de Marseille relance un appel à manifestation d'intérêt pour la gestion des deux points bar et restauration.
