Common Grounds
Following the deliberation of an international jury, Andrea Popjordanova, Virgile Haëck and Mar Ramón Soriano have been selected to take part in the international residencies of Common Grounds.
Over the coming months, these three artists will delve into the role of soil as a living and collective space in three territories affected by degradation: the Stochna freight station in Sofia, the Citadelle in Marseille, and the communal lands of Froxán.
Each residency will combine research, community engagement and artistic production to help rethink land use from ecological, social and cultural perspectives.
Thank you to everyone who submitted an application.
